Currently, the ship industry is short of about 60,000 employees (cf. the Confederation of Danish Industry).

Therefore, we have specialised in recruiting Romanian manpower.

Obviously, we provide certified staff, who are also willing to work in any kind of weather.

For instance, we have long-term staff working at the shipyard Karstensens Skibsværft A/S, but we provide temporary workers for short-term as well as long-term agreements.

We are a smaller temporary employment agency, and therefore, there is a short process from start to finish with us. Moreover, we keep our promises. The company is managed by Jens Ole Just Nielsen, who is a former HR manager at three companies in the industrial and maritime industry. He has more than 22 years of experience from the navy as a manager and mid-level manager. He is a trained shipbuilder. Co-owner Michaela Daniela Ciocarlan has experience in quality and HR focused work processes. Her education is in office work and administration.
