Jens Ole has worked in the maritime line of business all of his working life. He is a trained shipbuilder, and he completed his training at Aalborg Shipyard in 1987. After this, he was conscripted to the Danish navy, and among other things, he sailed on the royal yacht Dannebrog and the ocean patrol frigates. For more than 15 years, he was responsible for the maritime education at sea, and therefore, he has in-depth knowledge of the work on a ship. After more than 20 years in the navy, he switched to the private sector, and worked as an HR manager for nearly 15 years in three companies in the maritime industry, in manufacturing as well as repair. Michaela moved to Denmark in 2008. Before then, she lived in Romania, where she worked as an insurance agent, ISO consultant and assistant manager, among other things. Michaela gained experience in helping workers and customers long before moving to Denmark. In Denmark, she has taken various courses, among other things. This has provided her with many different skills. Furthermore, Michaela has succeeded in getting an education in Denmark, where she has learned a lot about administrative tasks. From 2016, she has worked in an HR department in a Danish company that recruits international workers for various work projects, where she has handled many different tasks.
